Hi, I’m Megan.
I found my purpose in building a process and lifestyle that teaches complex humans how to build a life that doesn’t kill you, without being overwhelmed and shutting down.
I’ve been coaching fitness and nutrition for 12 years and have worked with 100’s of clients who’ve graciously given me the opportunity to apply my knowledge, experience, and care to their unique lives.
I was always a ‘high performer’. I spent over 16 years trying to 'Execute' my way to success. I kept "starting" from a place of survival, masking, fragmentation, and external expectation. By 18, I was starting my coaching business and competing in bodybuilding for the first time.
I was trying to build a life that didn't fit my nervous system, my identity, or my soul. Despite many early successes before my mid-20’s, I learned the hard way that you can't build an empire on sand. By age 28, I was experiencing severe autistic burnout and complete mental and physical collapse.
needed — I built a rigid Fortress around myself to protect the parts of me I had learned to feel guilty and ashamed of. The walls I built were my nervous system’s way of trying to insulate me from experiencing more fear and pain
Due to years of compounding trauma, mental illness, navigating life as a queer, undiagnosed autistic human, and being alienated without the support I truly
In the "Fortress" life—I was barely holding on, constantly masking, and over-performing to compensate for the trauma—it was a slow-motion collapse. It was a life built on the premise that my value was tied to my output, and my safety was tied to my silence.
I wasn’t just "working hard"; I was sacrificing my nervous system on the altar of “should”.
“Should” is a violent word, especially for someone carrying the burden of trauma and neurodivergence, and definitely for anyone raised in a sea of high-performing neurotypicals.
As a result, I always struggled…a lot. When I was younger, I had enough capacity and energy to do the overcompensating and show up at an intense, unsustainable level. I also had no reference to understand that life wasn’t supposed to be THAT hard. But since I was brought up on the foundation of “grinding”, “pushing through”, and being “too fortunate to fail”, I truly believed that I was fundamentally flawed.
I knew I didn’t go through all of that just to sit on it. I was determined to get to the bottom of my suffering and find the way out for good.
You don’t need to hear more advice from people who’ve never known the realities of the dark side of the human experience. You don’t need someone who’s never truly fallen off telling you how to get back on.
You need permission to Regulate so you can Execute from a place of power, not panic— along with steady, curated guidance from someone who has done the work to climb back to Earth from a hellish cage of dysregulation and chronic pain/ disability.
Thus, The Constellation Method was born— the process I learned from staring into the abyss of my own CPTSD/burnout and choosing to build a bridge back to life. I’m not just giving you a "fitness protocol"; I am giving you the map to the "Emergency Exit" from the life that is slowly killing you.
If you’re ready to build a sanctuary of your own that gives you the sustainable power to Create the life you truly want, through regulation and alignment instead of hustle, I can’t wait to hear from you.
…Because when you’re aligned and regulated, executing with discipline doesn’t feel like grind—it feels like Flow.
You don’t need to wait until you feel better before you start. You need to start feeling better so you can finally stop waiting on your Dreams.
It’s time to learn The How of Being.
Love, Coach Meg
